• The weight, on the scale, in front of you
• The making charge, as a number, before totalling
• What the exchange terms are, if you are bringing old gold

Pieces with photographs are in the catalogue. What is in the shop is always more than what is photographed — if you have seen something elsewhere, bring the picture in and ask.
